BookedSolid ("we," "us," "our") provides an SMS-based appointment scheduling service used by home-services businesses to respond to and schedule their customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you contact a business that uses BookedSolid, or submit a service request through their website, we may collect:
- Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Service information — your service address, ZIP code, and a description of the issue you're requesting service for.
- Conversation records — the contents of SMS conversations with the scheduling assistant, used to book your appointment and maintain service history.
How we use information
- To respond to your service inquiry and schedule appointments.
- To send appointment confirmations and service-related messages.
- To share your request details with the business you contacted, so they can perform the service.
- To improve the reliability and safety of the scheduling service.
SMS consent is never sold or shared for marketing. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers necessary to deliver messages (such as our SMS carrier partners).
SMS messaging
By submitting a service request or texting a participating business's number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your service request — such as scheduling questions, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Data retention
We retain conversation and appointment records for as long as needed to provide the service to the business you contacted, and as required for legal and safety purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
